Once they arrive, they will spend a day or two in Sama, a village located at the foot of Manaslu that is very dear to Carlos, where his old friends live. Afterwards, they will begin their journey back home. The weather has been good — Pedro comments that it’s the best window of good weather in many seasons — and the news from the summit has been truly exciting.
